PRESENTATION	Tab 1. Request from Growth Management for direction from the Board regarding south Lake Interlocal Service Boundary Agreement negotiations. The Board directed Growth Management regarding the 14 questions posed during the presentation.

PRESENTATION	Mr. Stivender gave a brief update of the Howey Bridge rehabilitation project, stating the bridge would be closed from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. starting Wednesday, January 12^th and Thursday, January 13^th, and then starting the following week from Sunday night to Thursday night until February 3, 2011. He added that the detour would go through Astatula.

PRESENTATION	Tab 4. Request from Facilities Development and Management for guidance from the Board on the Emergency Communications and Operations Center. It was the consensus of the Board to move forward with Option 3, continuing with the previously approved plan.
PRESENTATION	Tab 5. Discussion regarding the County Manager position. The Board voted to have the Chairman and the County Attorney’s Office negotiate an employment contract for Mr. Darren Gray for the position of County Manager, to be brought before the Board at the January 18, 2011 Board Meeting.
APPROVED	Request from Commr. Cadwell to have Mr. David Hansen, Public Lands Program Manager, replace him as the liaison to the Black Bear Scenic Byway Committee.
