APPROVED	Mr. Sandy Minkoff, County Attorney, related a request from the Growth Management Department to allow a pet grooming business defined as a kennel under the current LDR’s, which require a setback of 200 feet, to open their business in a multi-tenant center which does not meet the setback requirements. He asked for permission to issue the permit to allow this particular business to open and then fix the LDR’s in the future so that anyone could have that opportunity, requiring those types of businesses to be in a fully-enclosed, air conditioned building.
APPROVED	Commr Hill asked the Board to approve the appointment of Commr. Campione as the member as well as Mr. Gregg Welstead, Conservation and Compliance Director, as an alternate member to the Wekiva River System Advisory Committee.
